Here we are — a new school year and this year will be a special one for Christina & me ! Christina thought that maman was the best teacher today 
It’s so much fun to have her in my class and actually all her little friends that she has been with the past 2 years. We had a great day together.

How long have we been in Texas ? Well 2 years and I think some of us really feel like we have become real Texans Yesterday Sara wore her cowboy boots all day ! REALLY all day — from morning till bed time … and we had to remove them if not she could have slept with them

Last night we went with some friends to the summer musical in Zilker’s park — it was so GREAT ! We enjoyed every minute of it and the girls wanted to take some pictures with the actors
Hier soir, nous sommes allés voir une comédie musicale dans un parc d’Austin avec des amis. Nous avons joui de chaque minute du spectacle. Les filles ont bien sur voulu prendre quelques photos avec les acteurs.

Ana & Christina participated this week in a VBS with their best friends the Ramsey’s girls … the theme was: Aloha! Surf’s up at Outrigger Island. They learned to know, speak, and live God’s truth. Tonight was the family night with lots of games, food and the girls sang.

En route sur Austin, nous nous sommes arrêtés et avons visité la compagnie Blue Bell et avons eu le droit à une très bonne glace à la fin de notre tour. Miam ! Miam !
On the way to Austin, we stopped at Blue Bell Ice Cream and took the tour. The cream on the top was the ice cream we got at the end ! Just delicious !

We got back to Houston on July 22nd and enjoyed one fun week with grand-parents, cousins and friends. We went to the Houston museum of natural science and enjoyed especially the butterfly center and Geopalooza.
De retour à Houston le 22 juillet, nous avons profité au maximum d’une semaine avec les grands-parents, les cousins et les amis. Nous avons passé une journée au musée de sciences de Houston. Les filles ont beaucoup aimé le centre des papillons.
